1. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use TradesLink lawfully, honestly and respectfully.

Users must not:

• provide false information
• impersonate another person
• create fake accounts
• misuse another person's identity
• submit fraudulent documents
• manipulate reviews
• abuse the dispute process
• upload malicious software
• interfere with website security
• attempt unauthorized access
• reverse engineer or attack the platform
• scrape or copy platform data without permission
• use automated bots unless expressly authorised by TradesLink
• advertise unrelated products or services
• send spam
• harass or threaten users
• discriminate against others
• encourage payment outside the TradesLink platform
• attempt to avoid TradesLink commissions
• engage in unlawful conduct

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to TradesLink, including its name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, software, text and original content, remains the property of TradesLink (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit TradesLink content without prior written permission.

3. Security

Users must not attempt to:

• bypass security measures
• interfere with servers
• introduce malware
• overload the platform
• disrupt platform operations

4. Enforcement

TradesLink may investigate suspected breaches of this Policy. Where appropriate, TradesLink may:

• issue warnings
• remove content
• suspend accounts
• permanently terminate accounts
• withhold payments while investigating
• report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities

5. Policy Updates

TradesLink may amend this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated versions where permitted by law.
