• availability of tradespeople
• completion of jobs
• suitability of a tradesperson
• uninterrupted platform availability

Where a tradesperson is described as "Verified", this means only that certain information has been reviewed by TradesLink. Verification does not guarantee future workmanship or reliability.

5. Platform Availability

TradesLink aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, technical failures and circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect the platform.

6. Third-Party Services

TradesLink relies on third-party providers including payment processors, cloud hosting providers and communication services.

TradesLink is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers.
